#ALLOUTNOV2 National Day of Action for Free Tuition
On November 2 Ottawa students, labour solidarity partners, and community members will be going ALL OUT in support of universal, public post-secondary education in Canada. 

Join us at any point during the day's events!

10AM - Breakfast in the University Centre (UC) Atrium
11AM - Rally in the UC Atrium
11:30AM - Bus loading outside the UC to uOttawa

Noon - Rally on Tabaret Lawn
12:30 - March to Prime Minister's Office & Parliament Hill
1PM - Rally on Parliament Hill 

Bursary Applications

OPIRG-Carleton offers four research bursaries every year for Carleton University undergraduate and graduate students (descriptions below), with a focus on social and environmental justice in their research. Bursary applications for 2016-17 are now available. This year we are splitting up the deadlines for each semester. The Undergraduate and Graduate (Terry Cottam Research) student bursaries will be offered in the Fall semester (due November 18), and the International and Indigenous student bursaries will be offered in the Winter semester. WORKING GROUPS

The Leveller newspaper
Two story meetings for the Leveller are coming up this week. One will take place this Friday, November 4 from 5-6 PM at OPIRG Carleton and another will be Saturday, November 5 at 3 PM at Umi Cafe.

OPIRG Roots Radio
Roots Radio has a show every second Tuesday at noon on CKCU 93.1 FM.
